Fear of losing key personnel in a tight labour market can delay supervisors and managers addressing performance issues. Lack of competence and/or confidence can also be a factor, deterring respectful and open communication. Regardless of origin, the end-result is a ‘snow-ball effect’ due to fear and misunderstanding, often leading to disengagement.
This programme breaks the cycle by providing learners with simple, practical, and effective tools for honest and constructive conversation. The feedback techniques shared are based in real-world experience and can be tailored with delivery either in-person or virtual. They produce increased clarity, compliance and accountability for better engagement and leadership.
The following dates are scheduled with additional 'on-demand' when and if requested:
On-line delivery (three mornings):
June 10th, 17th and 24th
Cork,
In-person (two consecutive days per delivery):
8th and 9th July
OR
16th and 17th September.
The above are public courses with a mixed company cohort.
This Engineering Skillnet workshop-based programme is co-funded by the Government of Ireland and the European Union and our member companies.
