Joanne originally qualified as a pharmacist from Trinity College Dublin and spent eight years working in community pharmacy. She has worked in pharmaceutical assessment in the HPRA and the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland as an inspector. Joanne completed a Masters Degree in Pharmaceutical Medicine from Trinity College Dublin in 2014. She has participated in a joint visit programme with The Pharmaceutical Inspection Co-operation Scheme (PIC/S) and has also presented at numerous GDP supply chain conferences. She has recently diversified into advertising and regulatory compliance inspections of marketing authorisation holders.
