
Eleanor McSherry, BA, MA, PGCertTLHEd, is Senior Programme Coordinator,
designer, researcher, and lecturer at UCC Adult Continuing Education. She
delivers lectures and workshops on neurodiversity in the screen industry,
autism studies, advocacy, disability studies, and mental health. As a
consultant, she advises film, media, and arts projects on neurodiversity and
autism. Eleanor is currently pursuing her PhD at University College Cork. She
contributed to the European Broadcasting Union's Neurodiversity Guidelines for
Public Service Media 2025, has consulted on screen projects in Ireland and the
UK, and serves on the GEDI subcommittee of Coimisiún na Meán, Ireland's media
regulator. Eleanor is a recognised neurodiversity consultant and a leading
advocate for autism and disability in Ireland.

Éimhín is Partner at Fastnet, a boutique talent consultancy providing tailored
talent solutions to the life sciences sector for the past 25 years. With
significant expertise in executive search, she partners with organisations to
source leaders who deliver impact while aligning with organisational values.
Having completed the Certificate in CPD: Neurodiversity in the Workplace with
UCC, she is passionate about raising awareness of the benefits of inclusive
approaches to attracting and retaining talent. She has recently developed an
inclusive recruitment framework, designed to help organisations embed best
practice in hiring and create environments where diverse teams can thrive.
