Join us for the Biopharma Skills Forum, a conference aimed at fostering meaningful dialogue between academia, education providers, industry leaders and government agencies. 

The event will focus on identifying current skills gaps, anticipating future workforce needs, and co-creating actionable strategies to ensure the Biopharma sector remains well-supported by a skilled and adaptable talent pool. 

The Conference is a key action from the Expert Group on Future Skills Needs (EGFSN) ‘Skills for Biopharma’ Report, aimed at increasing collaboration between industry and academia (Recommendation 3.2).

It is organised by the membership of the EGFSN Biopharma Implementation Group, which includes BioPharmaChem Ireland, IDA Ireland, Enterprise Ireland, PMTC, NIBRT, Innopharma, SSPC, Regional Skills Forum, THEA, IUA and SOLAS.
