Aviné McNally, Director of Networks (October 2014 to date). Previously Assistant Director then Acting Director of the Small Firms Association, specialising in the area of SME policy and employment legislation. Established to enhance the service and interaction for Ibec members not assigned a business association, Ibec Networks works with members on how they would like to improve the benefits of their membership, establishes communication channels, facilitates access to expertise, and develops education and networking events.
