KC Connect in 15 - Gender Pay Gap Reporting
In 2023, organisations with 250 or more employees are required to report on their Gender Pay Gap and publish the information. Liz Murphy, Employer Relations Executive, Knowledge Centre, will present on Gender Pay Gap Reporting (as provided for in the Gender Pay Gap Report 2021), the reporting requirements and the steps to be taken along with the importance of an organisation's narrative when drafting their report.
