Six companies accredited with The KeepWell Mark, Ibec's workplace wellbeing accreditation were selected as the winners of this year's KeepWell Awards 

The awards, presented by Brendan Courtney, recognised and celebrated those companies that are prioritising the wellbeing of their workforces while showcasing those that have achieved exceptional success with their corporate wellbeing strategies.  

The winners for each KeepWell Award category were selected out of a shortlist of nineteen companies in total. All shortlisted organisations have been accredited or reaccredited with the KeepWell Mark in 2021-22.  

The winning companies announced at The KeepWell Awards 2022 were:

Winner: RCSI University of Medicine and Health Sciences

Speaking at the awards, KeepWell Programme Manager, Sophie Moran added: “On behalf of Ibec, we warmly congratulate all winners. These companies are setting the standard for corporate wellbeing and clearly recognise the important role that employers can play in promoting healthy mental and physical workplace practices. 

“In the new world of work that is emerging, attraction and retention of talent has never been so important. Mental and physical wellbeing initiatives will increasingly become a major factor in an individuals’ decision on where they work, and indeed a ‘must have’ for organisations that want to do right by their employees. An integrated employee value proposition that champions employee wellbeing will be critical for winning the war on talent.”
