As part of its ‘Knowledge Still’ programme the Irish Whiskey Association will hold an online workshop focusing on Mixed Mash Bills from 12:00 to 13:15 on Wednesday 16 February 2022.
The confirmed speakers at this workshop are:
- Michael Walsh,Head Distiller, Boann Distillery
- Katherine Condon & Eva O'Doherty, Distiller & Distiller at the Micro Distillery, Irish Distillers
- Conor Ryan,Global Spirits Brand Ambassador, Pearse Lyons Distillery
The workshop will be chaired by the Chair of the IWA Knowledge Committee, Michael Clancy.
An in-depth Q&A session will follow once the speakers have made their presentations.
If you do register to attend I would also advise putting a hold in your diary from 12:00 to 13:15 on the 16 February. This workshop will take place using the MS Teams platform however the Teams invitation will only be forwarded to those who have registered to attend a few days before the event.
There is no charge for Irish Whiskey Association members to attend. There is also no limits on the number of members per company who would like to attend.
