Summary

The future of Ireland is built on collaboration. As the scale of Ireland’s social and economic challenges evolves, so too must the property and construction sector. Property Industry Ireland (PII) strategy ‘Delivering more, together’ sets out our industry's vision on how we can contribute positively and responsibly to the nation's future.

When we speak about property, we mean the entirety of the built environment: the homes we live in, the workplaces that drive our economy, and the schools, hospitals, and transport networks that support our communities. This strategy outlines a shared, long-term vision for Ireland’s built environment up to 2050.

This comprehensive strategy details a practical roadmap to deliver for society while ensuring the industry's own credibility and long-term sustainability. It is built upon a foundational culture of delivery and accountability, with an overarching goal to act as a thought leader and break down industry silos.
