Over the last number of months, Ibec has received a number of queries from member companies requesting advice on the topic of incidents involving drone activity and unauthorised surveillance on business sites.

In this 45 minute briefing, Dr. Michael Gillen, Head of OSH Policy in Ibec will lead a discussion on the topic of unauthorised aerial surveillance of sites. Michael will be joined by the Irish Aviation Authority and we will hear case studies from member companies.
The discussion will include legal remit including trespass and what to do (and not do) should members of the public use drones and other aerial devices to perform unauthorised surveillance of your site.
