FSI is delighted to invite you or a colleague to attend our FSI Neurodiversity Best Practice event “All the talents: neurodiversity in financial services” on Thursday 13 March from 14.30 – 16.00. The launch event will take place in Ibec, 84-86 Lower Baggot Street, D02 H720. Neurodivergent colleagues, CEO’s, HRDs, DEI leads and also those interested are welcome to attend. There will be a quiet room available.
At this event we will launch a series of case studies which showcase the experiences of three FSI members, hearing from their neurodivergent employees who speak about their experiences in the workplace as well as their HR and DEI colleagues. It is estimated that 15-20% of people in Ireland are neurodivergent, The launch will also include hearing what best practice looks like for hiring and retaining and supporting neurodivergent colleagues as well as tips regarding disclosures and funding available for accommodations.
