According to the recent 30% report ‘Breaking Glass Walls: A New Shape on Modern Organisations’, 35% of companies see direct commercial benefits from supporting caregiving responsibilities which has led to 31% higher employee retention, 68% have seen lower absenteeism, 20% increase in productivity and 35% lower burnout rates.
The session will explore how supportive workplace environments for carers can positively impact both employees and employers, particularly in enhancing talent retention and career progression. Elizabeth Sheehan, the new 30% Club Country Executive, will share insights and key findings from their latest report which looks at the economic and workforce benefits of integrating childcare, eldercare, and self-care into corporate policies.
This will be followed by a company a case study highlighting practical approaches and lessons learned in supporting carers at work.
