Pauline O’Hare is a Senior employment law solicitor in the Employment Law Services Unit. She is a graduate of University College Dublin, where she obtained a Bachelor of Civil Laws degree and a Masters in Commercial Law, before qualifying as a solicitor in February 2006. Pauline previously worked in private practice, representing both employers and employees, before joining Ibec’s Employment Law Services Unit in February 2008 where she advises employers on both contentious and non-contentious matters. Pauline specialises in employment law and industrial relations, and is passionate about training in all areas of employment rights legislation ensuring that participants can apply key legal principles in a practical manner in the workplace.

Catriona is a solicitor in Ibec’s Employment Law Services team and advises member companies on all aspects of both contentious and non-contentious employment law. She is also experienced in managing industrial relations disputes, having worked as an industrial relations executive prior to training as a solicitor. Catriona holds a degree in International Commerce from UCD and a Masters in Human Resource Management from the University of Limerick and graduated with first class honours in both.
