Lough Ree Distillery launch new blended Irish Whiskey in honour of their late father Bart Clancy

Founders of Lough Ree Distillery, siblings Michael, Peter and Sheila joined the Words of Whiskey podcast to discuss their story, plans for their distillery, as well as to launch a very special new blended Irish Whiskey – Bart’s. 
Bart’s was created in honour of their late father Bart Clancy, who they’ve missed having as part of their journey.
As Peter said, “He would have been all over the still, the wood in the casks, the design of the distillery, he was a technically minded person”
“Calling this whiskey after him allows him to be part of the journey going forward, but also to inspire us.”
