Molson Coors launch Pravha in Republic of Ireland

• New lighter tasting pilsner from the brewers of Staropramen
• 4% ABV Czech style pilsner is unexpectedly crisp, light and refreshing

Molson Coors has welcomed a new beer brand into its Republic of Ireland on-trade portfolio. Pravha is a 4% ABV Czech style pilsner from the brewers of Staropramen.

Successfully launched in the UK in 2016 and Northern Ireland in 2018, Pravha has the iconic flavour and gentle bitterness of a high-quality Czech pilsner, but is also crisp, light and refreshing.

The launch of the brand is supported by disruptive point of sale material including stylish glassware, bar runners, and neon signage in addition to a strong below the line activation plan which includes in bar and digital-led sampling for our on-trade customers. Be sure to keep an eye out for our Pravha Piaggio on the streets of Dublin in the coming months as well.

Brewed using the passion, ingredients and knowledge of the famous Staropramen brewers, Pravha represents the unexpected side of Prague, by offering a twist on the classic Czech pilsner made with two specially selected malts and three Czech hops. Pravha has been designed to leverage the increasing consumer demand for lighter beers with personality as well as great flavour.
