Our 2020 programmes features a range of newly accredited courses and shorter skills-based programmes in diversity and inclusion, leadership, HR, employment law, mediation, coaching, management, graduate development, occupational health, safety and well-being and managing people and performance.  As accreditation can make a huge difference to the impact, quality and value of the training delivered, our strategic partnership with TU Dublin is central to many of the courses we provide.

Head of Management Training (1990 to date). Responsible for the design and growth of a diverse range of programmes for Ibec and SFA members, both customised solutions as well as open programmes in the areas of management development, industrial relations, human relations, employment law and personal skills. Significant expertise in balancing commercial concerns against HR priorities. BSc Management (TCD), MBS (UCD), BA Psychology (OU), MSc Organisational Psychology (DCU). Member, Irish Institute of Training and Development, and judge on National Training Awards.
