- Vicky O’Neill, HR Specialist, Ibec will provide a brief update and overview of the new Ibec mentoring framework which provides practical information and resources on the lifecycle of the mentoring process.
- Margaret McCormack, Consultant, Ibec Academy will provide an overview of the importance of mentoring in the workplace, roles of mentor/mentees and will provide tips of achieving engagement to maximise impact.
Margaret has worked with Ibec for over 15 years as a Senior Executive Coach and Leadership Development Programme Facilitator. She is an accomplished and creative Organisational Development Consultant with extensive experience in both an in-house and consultancy-based setting. She places a strong emphasis on self-awareness, language and behaviour, coaching individuals and teams to develop their personal and team brand statements and the supporting behaviours that will deliver and enhance those brands. Margaret holds a MSc. Mgmt., Organisational Behaviour from Trinity College Dublin/IMI and Advanced Diploma in Business and Executive Coaching from Kingstown College, Dublin.

is a Learning & Development Business Partner on the Talent Development team
based in London in AIB. Naomi has worked in AIB for 7 years and started as a
Recruiter on the Talent Acquisition team before moving into the Talent
Development team to focus on employee growth & development. She holds a
MSc. in Human Resource Management & Organisational Analysis from King’s
College London, as well as a BA, CIPD certificates and Diploma in Psychology.
Naomi actively operates with a growth mindset and is extremely passionate about
helping people grow both personally & professionally.
