The age gap in many workplaces can often span 40 years or more. This year’s Networks Autumn Series of free webinars provided members with the skills and tools to optimise this multigenerational workforce.

During our five-webinar series we examined the habits and behaviours of each generation, discussed generational motivations; upskilling; recruitment challenges and targeted wellness.

Session 1 / The Workplace Generation Game

In this, the first webinar in the series, we laid the foundations for our series. We heard from Eibhlin Johnston from The Resiliency Hub, who shared her insights on each of the generations within the workplace, their habits, likes, dislikes and characteristics and we discussed the benefits and power of a generationally diverse workforce.
