We are delighted to announce that Ibec's Employment Law Conference will take place virtually on Thursday, 7 April.

2022 promises to be a busy year for employment rights with legislation expected in areas from statutory sick pay and right to request remote working to whistleblowing and work-life balance.

Delegates will hear from Ibec's team of employment law experts, who engage with key stakeholders in monitoring, reviewing and influencing the development of employment legislation nationally and at a European level and have longstanding and unrivalled experience of representing member employers in mediation, adjudication hearings and before the Labour Court

On the day delegates can expect a 360-degree review of the employment law landscape and both recent and upcoming legislative changes that will impact Irish employers.

On the agenda:

  • The latest employment policy updates
  • Remote and flexible working
  • Whistleblowing
  • Statutory sick pay
  • Top 5 cases of the last 12 months
  • Gender pay gap reporting and pay transparency

Full agenda to be announced shortly.

The conference will be delivered virtually, allowing delegates the opportunity to watch the live broadcast and engage with speakers and other delegates in real-time. They will also be able to replay the content on demand for 90 days.
