HR Pay Transparency Webinar in partnership with Furthr
The EU Pay Transparency Directive aims to strengthen the principle of equal pay for equal work through greater transparency in pay practices. Ireland was due to transpose the Directive into national legislation by 7 June 2026 but has not yet done so, meaning the exact details of Ireland's approach are still to be finalised. Employers of all sizes should still begin preparing now for the changes it is expected to bring. This practical webinar is designed specifically for startups and scaling businesses with fewer than 50 employees, where responsibility for people management often sits with founders, CEOs, finance leads, operations managers, or People Leads rather than dedicated HR professionals. You will gain a clearer picture of the proposed requirements and how to start building fair, transparent people practices that anticipate the Directive's likely obligations. The session will explore pay transparency principles, recruitment and salary-setting practices, pay equity considerations, and practical steps organisations can take now to prepare for future reporting and disclosure requirements.
