Complete your facilitated Competency Assessment. - Competency Assessment
Complete the Competency Assessment and review your Bespoke Report detailing opportunities for development. - Mentor Matching
Our Head of Mentoring matches you with an appropriate mentor based on your unique needs. - Post-Onboarding
Schedule your first session with your mentor based on your availability. - Mentoring Sessions
Attend your online sessions with your mentor.
Engage with as many Workshops, Masterclasses, Masterminds and other programme offerings as you wish. - Final Session & Feedback
Complete the final session with your mentor.
Receive your Bespoke 6-month Business Improvement Plan. - Congratulations!
