Step-by-step / MentorsWork Journey
1. Application Submission
Complete the short online registration form telling us about your business and unique needs.
2. Application Review
MentorsWork will review and revert back in a timely manner (approx. 15 working days).
3. Onboarding Session
Meet our Head of Mentoring and be introduced to the full programme and it's benefits.
4. Competency Assessment
Complete the Competency Assessment and review your Bespoke Report detailing opportunities for development.
5. Mentor Matching
Our Head of Mentoring matches you with an appropriate mentor based on your unique needs.
6. Post-Onboarding
Schedule your first session with your mentor based on your availability.
7. Mentoring Sessions
Attend your online sessions with your mentor. Engage with as many Workshops, Masterclasses, Masterminds and other programme offerings as you wish.
8. Final Session and Feedback
Complete the final session with your mentor. Receive your Bespoke 6-month Business Improvement Plan.
