If your application to the programme is approved, you’re invited to an Online Onboarding Session where you will go through how the programme works and will complete our In-depth Online Competency Assessment.  

Your selection along with your assessment results tailor the programme allowing us to:

• Assign you a Dedicated, Sector-Specific Mentor
• Inform Your Choice of Masterclasses, Workshops and Masterminds
  

In addition, you will work with your mentor for the duration of the programme to produce a bespoke Business Improvement Plan. This plan will provide the roadmap for your business to navigate the 6 months following completion of the programme.

In order to get real and impactful results, a commitment of just two hours per week over the course of the programme translates into roughly 24 hours of valuable and smart investment for your business’s immediate and future success.

In your 12-weeks you will have access to our Masterclasses, Workshops, and Masterminds across all four Pillars so you can explore all angles of your business improvement.
