Eligibility Criteria

MentorsWork is a mentoring and learning initiative designed for SME owner-managers and leadership teams across all industries in Ireland, poised for growth and innovation.  Find out if you're business is eligible below:

You are eligible if the following apply to your business: 

• You are an operational, private sector business 
• With 1-250 employees (sole traders included)
• Based in the Republic of Ireland  

There are certain business that are not eligible to participate in the programme, such as those outside the Republic of Ireland, companies with over 250 employees, and non-for-profits, charities or public sector organisations. MentorsWork is supported by Skillnet Ireland, who are mandated to support private sector enterprise in Ireland.
