Small Firms Association Podcast - Episode 1

Honouring the twenty-year milestone for the Small Firms Association National Small Business Awards, we have invited previous Emerging New Business winner, Aine Kennedy,(The Smooth Company) and previous Food & Drink winner Philip Delaney (Dairyglen) to join SFA Director, David Broderick in the Small Firms Association podcast series, hosted by Rob O'Hanrahan.

In the first episode of the series we discuss how the ideation and founding of the business was for both Aine and Philip, the importance of team mentality and trust, and of course, their experience in the previous edition of the SFA Awards.
