Survey for Employers for Change Toolkit development
Employers for Change's new Disability Inclusion Manager Toolkit is now in the data-gathering phase, aimed at being built on what people experience at work. It will be freely available to managers in all Irish workplaces. To make this happen, they need to hear from you.
Employers for Change have commissioned Braver to carry out a consultation process and develop a toolkit informed directly by the experiences of line managers, HR professionals and disabled employees. They are hoping to hear from all persons with disabilities as recognised by both the Irish Disability Act 2005 and the Employment Equality Act 1998 and Equal Status Acts (2000).
