New Scheme for Individuals on Temporary Protection
The Irish Government recently announced plans for a new scheme for employees currently working in Ireland under Temporary Protection. The proposed scheme is intended to provide greater certainty to both employers and employees as the existing EU Temporary Protection Directive is due to expire in March 2027.
