Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) Guidance Documents
The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) have published two new guidance documents for traders on their legal responsibilities to consumers when providing goods and services. The Consumer Rights Act was introduced in November 2022. It updated and strengthened consumer protection laws in Ireland. It is important for traders to understand their obligations under this legislation.
