WRC Awards €63,000 for Flawed Process During Dismissal
A recent WRC decision highlights the risks for employers who fail to follow fair procedures in the disciplinary process. Despite serious allegations which resulted in an employee’s dismissal, shortcomings in the process also resulted in a substantial award for the employee.
