Revised Code of Practice on Part‑Time Work: What Small Businesses Need to Know
On the 22nd of January 2026, the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) published its updated Code of Practice on Access to Part‑Time Work. The revised Code provides workers and employers with guidance on managing requests for part-time work to ensure that they are fair, transparent and compliant with legislation.
