Labour Court overturns WRC's €10,000 unlawful discrimination award in favour of employer

Setting aside an earlier decision of an Adjudication Officer, the Labour Court ruled recently that a face covering policy which the employer had introduced during Covid-19 was proportionate and unrelated to a discriminatory ground.
