SFA DocuBuilder is a template-based document creator. Content has been developed by Ibec with software licensed through Lawlift GMBH, an ISO 27001 accredited company.
We have created an interactive sample contract and handbook that allows users to draft contracts and handbooks in real time. You can see and amend your changes before exporting the completed document.
Our template contracts and handbooks are in line with best practice and compliant with all of the latest employment law developments.
SFA DocuBuilder is a user-friendly interactive portal that allows SFA members to create contracts and handbooks that include Ibec/SFA sample wording. The purpose of SFA DocuBuilder is to save you time by automating your HR documents whilst keeping you compliant.
Compliance is built into the automation process, with pre-set legal clauses and rule-based conditions that ensure each document meets regulatory standards. It’s easy to update templates with any changes in employment law, which means you’re always prepared for audits and confident in your documentation’s legality.
It's as easy as answering a questionnaire and watching your document being created in real-time.
SFA DocuBuilder consists of two sides: input section on the left-hand side and the template document on the right-hand side.
As the user input the answers to the left side of the portal, the answers are populated into the template contract/handbook on the right-hand side in real time, so that you preview the document before exporting it.
There are several types of questions:
Text Question: open-ended input fields where users can manually enter responses, e.g. employer address.
Multiple choice: members select one response from a predefined list of options, e.g. a type of contact: permanent, fixed-term, etc.
Select Question: form of input where users are presented with a predefined list of options and must select one or more of the choices provided, e.g. hours of work: fixed hours, variable hours, etc.
Some responses to questions will introduce specific clauses, e.g. selecting a fixed-term contract will populate a question to specify the end date of the contract.
Once the user has completed all the questions in the input section, the contract or handbook is ready to be exported.
You can export the document by clicking the button in the top right corner ‘EXPORT DOCUMENT’. The document is then exported to an editable Microsoft Word Document.
