FSI Chair, Declan Bolger and Director Patricia Callan were delighted to join An Tánaiste and Minister for Finance, Simon Harris TD at Government Buildings for the launch of the FSI five-year strategy, ‘Securing Future Competitiveness’.
Covering the 2026 to 2030 period, the strategy provides a roadmap to protect and drive Ireland’s position as a competitive financial centre for domestic and international companies. Ireland’s reputation as an ideal location for global businesses is apparent in aircraft leasing – two thirds of global leased aircraft are managed by members of Aircraft Leasing Ireland (ALI), which is part of Financial Services Ireland. Leasing supports thousands of high-quality jobs in Ireland and Irish-based aircraft lessors invest billions every year in aircraft and engines, stimulating economic growth in Europe and globally.
