People and skills drive Ireland’s prosperity. Ibec provides an informed business input into the development of national employment regulation and skills policies that support economic development, provide opportunities for individuals to develop their potential and support the well-being of society. We have a number of networks for members to input into our policy-making process.

About the team

Ibec's Labour Market and Skills policy team looks after critical issues in this area including education, training and social issues. The team has responsibility for overseeing policy campaigns from school reform to apprenticeships and higher education quality.
In addition to our extensive policy engagements and published information, we run regular briefings for members and we invite members contact us directly.
