At this in-person SFA seminar Samantha Owens, Ibec Executive will present on the business case for diversity and inclusion and Christabelle Feeney, Director, Employers for Change, Open Doors will advise small firms on what is needed to hire inclusively and to employ, manage and retain staff with disabilities.
Both presenters will then join a panel for an interactive Q&A.
The event is open to SFA members and non-members. Light snacks will be provided at 5pm, along with an opportunity to network before the event starts at 5.20pm. The seminar will last for approximately one hour with networking after. This event is entirely free of charge, but you must pre-register to attend.
