Shortlist for inaugural KeepWell Awards Ceremony revealed
25 companies accredited with Ibec’s workplace wellbeing accreditation ‘The KeepWell Mark™’, have been shortlisted based on their best practice and organisational commitment to prioritising employee wellbeing in their corporate culture. These finalists represent a broad spectrum of Ireland’s industries from food & drink, technology, hospitality, biopharma, construction, financial services, education and the professional services. Ibec, alongside award sponsors DeCare Dental and Zevo Health, have extended their congratulations to the companies on this significant achievement.
The awards ceremony will be presented by sportsman, commentator and philanthropist, Brent Pope. Award nominees will be joined on the night by fellow KeepWell accredited companies, wellbeing advocates and thought-leaders.
Ibec CEO, Danny McCoy said: "With an increasing number of companies enrolling in The KeepWell Mark™, it shows that business leaders clearly value the difference that prioritising employee health and wellbeing can make.
“Wellness must be at the core of a successful workplace. Not just to prevent absenteeism or non-productive presenteeism, but also so that employers can continue to attract the best talent in a competitive market. It is our privilege to be able to showcase the companies that are raising the standards of employee health and wellbeing across all aspects of their business.”
