The Ibec Business Leaders Summit is a unique think-tank styled event, by invite only for CEOs and political stakeholders, held under Chatham House Rules. The Summits' purpose is to bring together business leaders in an informal and supportive space to collectively tackle the pressing social, environmental and economic priorities for Ireland and help shape the messaging Ibec will take to government on your behalf.

The next Summit will be held over two days in the K Club, Kildare (30-31 March 2023) and will explore the leadership role business can play in helping to foster greater social cohesion in Ireland. Social cohesion is a very important driver of long-term prosperity and competitiveness, however major challenges await us from addressing climate change to ensuring economic and social resilience. Dealing with these complex issues will require the adoption of new models and collaborative structures (public-private partnerships) to create effective solutions to deliver social services conducive to attaining cohesion, competitiveness, and sustainability.

The 2-day Summit features an evening gala dinner, robust table and panel discussions and informal networking over breakfast and lunch.

Delegates can expect:

  • 30 March | 6pm onwards: Gala dinner, networking and guest speaker
  • 31 March | 8am onwards: Breakfast briefing main plenary session, facilitated breakout sessions and lunch. Summit closes at 2pm.

Please note that this is an exclusive event, and attendance is by non-transferable invite only (subject to a booking fee) the booking fee includes hotel rate.
