Garrett has worked on multiple corporate infrastructure matters including M&A, JV structuring and co-development structures. Garrett has also worked in-house within investment banking and energy
trading (extending to gas, power, green certificates and commodities trading). Garrett has consistently been one of the most active renewables and project finance lawyers in Ireland and works across several inter-related disciplines including energy, project finance, corporate/M&A and private equity. Garrett is recognised as a leading lawyer in projects, power and project finance including IFLR 1000, Chambers and Legal 500.
Pete specialises in Cleantech and Renewable energy projects, with particular focus on de-centralised power, energy storage and e-mobility. He advises a range of clients across the energy and utility sectors, including public sector clients who are becoming increasingly focused on localised heat and power solutions. Pete leads multi-disciplinary teams on advising on all aspects of project delivery and energy regulation. Having worked in the energy sector previous to joining Pinsent Masons, he has a deep understanding of electrical infrastructure
and the regulatory framework. His work and innovation in the sector made him a finalist in the Financial Times European Innovative Lawyer of the Year 2015 and helped the Firm win Energy and Infrastructure Team of the Year 2018. Pete has advised HM Government and the Mayor of London on complex electrical infrastructure projects, such as grid infrastructure and electric vehicles. Pete is a recognised expert in advising on electric vehicles and infrastructure provision, acting for many of the global car producers on their respective European
e-mobility strategies.

Denise has worked in employment taxes for over 10 years, gaining vast experience across many compliance and consulting projects. Denise has provided a wide range of services for domestic and multinational clients across a number of industries and numerous Government agencies. These services include tax and social security consulting and compliance services, payroll reporting and reconciliation services and remuneration consulting services.

Billy has over 25 years’ extensive experience in advising clients on tax related matters. This includes advice to clients in the public sector and assisting clients who are undergoing Revenue audits.
