Introduction

This free workshop will cultivate the skills, knowledge, and capabilities that link to a wellbeing and high-performance culture in the new agile ways of working. It will focus on an individual's "whole-person wellbeing" and how it directly impacts productivity and performance. The webinar will include pre and post engagement material.

Core themes that will be unpacked during the session will include:

  • Belonging
  • Motivation
  • Mental Skills

The course is aimed at those who are transitioning back into the workplace and/or those who are looking to feel re-energised in their professional and personal life.

Speakers

David Clancy is a chartered physiotherapist with a specialty in sports medicine and is the Director of Hauora, a Performance Wellbeing Growth Partner. David brings a unique perspective to health and wellbeing programme ideation, management, and follow-through due to his background in elite high-performance sport.

Dr. Rachel Sheehan is a Performance Psychologist and Wellbeing Assessor for Ibec’s KeepWell Mark. She travels to companies throughout Ireland to assess their wellbeing programmes and her diverse background make her well-suited to optimising wellbeing and performance in professional, athletic, and personal domains.
