Overview

Currently Irish businesses are seeing an increase in the number of employees switching roles, jobs and even careers. For our 2022 Networks Autumn Seminar Series, we focus on employee retention.

We examine how investing, promoting, rewarding and valuing your employees can assist in retention. Over the course of 4 seminars during October and November, we explore ways your organisation can improve employee retention across all areas of business from HR to wellness and health and welfare.

Please note: All 4 seminars will be in person events taking place at the Ibec offices, Baggot Street, Dublin 2.

In this Seminar

In this 1.5-hour seminar, the first in our autumn series, we will discuss how organisations can aid retention, by the development of creative wellness initiatives and the design of a positive work environment for employees, as the return to office continues.

You will hear from Niamh Brady who is a productivity coach and creator of the Better Workday programme, who will discuss how we can create a better workday and make positive changes that will impact our work lives.

Tamsin Trevarthen, Head of Culture and Capability at Irish Distillers will share how new and innovative wellness initiatives can create a positive work environment.

Our final speaker is Shauna Fitzpatrick, an interior designer with Unispace, a global firm that designs experiential offices for global brands. Shauna will discuss how Unispace have adapted the workspace for new and future work patterns in her organisation and beyond.
