Overview

Currently Irish businesses are seeing an increase in the number of employees switching roles, jobs and event careers. For our 2022 networks Autumn Seminar Series, we focus on employee retention.

We examine how investing, promoting, rewarding and valuing your employees can assist in retention. Over the course of 4 seminars during October and November, we explore ways your organisation can improve employee retention across all areas of business from HR to wellness and health and welfare.

Please note: All 4 seminars will be in person events taking place at the Ibec offices, Baggot Street, Dublin 2.

In this Seminar

In this 1.5-hour seminar, the fourth and final seminar in our annual autumn series, we will explore the advantages of development pathways whilst also exploring what a company can do to help employees with their ongoing financial security.

Colleagues from Ibec's employer relations division will discuss how developing career progression pathways for your employees can improve retention rates as future progression routes are mapped out.

Attendees will learn how providing access to financial consultants can allow employees to plan for the future. By removing the complexity around finance and investing and providing concrete financial advice, you can build a trusting relationship with your employees and aid retention.

Join Ibec, Munro O'Dwyer from PwC and Paul Merriman from Pax Financial who will discuss financial health, pensions, and career development frameworks and how these areas can help to improve retention.
