Overview

Currently Irish businesses are seeing an increase in the number of employees switching roles, jobs and even careers. For our 2022 Networks Autumn Seminar Series, we focus on employee retention.

We examine how investing, promoting, rewarding and valuing your employees can assist in retention. Over the course of 4 seminars during October and November, we explore ways your organisation can improve employee retention across all areas of business from HR to wellness and health and welfare.

Please note: All 4 seminars will be in person events taking place at the Ibec offices, Baggot Street, Dublin 2.

In this Seminar

In this seminar we will explore how to utilise your employees’ talents to avoid attrition. This 1.5-hour seminar is the second in our Autumn Seminar Series.

Driving the content at this seminar are exceptional presenters from Abodoo, who will talk about how we can reverse the great resignation through mapping employee skillsets. ESB, who will share incredible initiatives that have helped teams think and act like start ups and Arthur Cox, who will discuss the impact of allowing opportunities and challenging employees.
