
Dr Kara McGann is Head of Social Policy at Ibec, Ireland’s largest business representative body. She supports employers with strategic advice on labour market, equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) and wellbeing policy and practice. She engages with national and European stakeholders to lobby on the broad area of social policy from gender pay gap reporting and human rights to labour market activation and immigration, and she represents business in various fora.
She is Chair of the Joint Equality Council at ESB; a Board Member of the Governing Authority of DCU, a member of the External Group of Experts of the European Consortium of Innovative Universities (ECIU) and a member of the Labour Market Advisory Council. Prior to joining Ibec in 2008, Kara held roles in industry as a Career Development Manager, Organisational Psychologist and lectured at undergraduate, postgraduate and executive level.

Anna Kinsella is a Director in PwC and is a qualified actuary. Over the last number of years she has been leading out on PwC’s gender pay gap service offering. Through the use of her statistical and data analytics skills, she has focussed on not just the calculations aspects, but on the deeper understanding of the reasons behind any pay gap and communicating that simply and effectively to the various stakeholders.
She has assisted a range of clients, both public and private sector and across different industries, with regards to their gender pay gap reporting. Working across a range of clients has enabled her to understand the impact different organisations’ employee profiles can have on their gender pay gap results.
She works closely with PwC’c Inclusion and Diversity team in order to help clients with their action plans to close any pay gap.

Eleanor Nash is An Post’s Chief People Officer and joined the company from Eason Limited where she was Group Head of HR.
She holds a Masters in HR Management from UCD Smurfit Business School, is a graduate of TCD and has deep IR experience and a strong track record in driving organisational change.

Anna is a chartered Work & Organisational Psychologist and an executive coach and trainer with Ibec Academy. Anna designs and delivers training that uses the latest psychological research in human behaviour and decision making to help businesses succeed in managing diverse and inclusive organisations, managing change and increasing sales. Anna worked for 13 years in global resource management, learning & development and global service delivery.
Anna’s areas of expertise include leadership development, managing diversity. unconscious bias, decision making, psychology of change management and influence.
