The 2021 conference was delivered virtually with a focus on supporting employee health and wellbeing in the era of hybrid working.
This year’s conference brought together senior HRDs, academics, wellbeing experts and business leaders to reflect on the impact that the pandemic has had on mental health, company culture and employee engagement.
The conference explored themes of inclusion, equity and belonging and the Event MC, Broadcaster and General Practitioner, Dr Ciara Kelly drove stimulating conversations with panellists who discussed the critical areas to address in workplace wellbeing strategies, in the new era of hybrid working.
Dr Ciara Kelly was joined by a host of expert speakers who offered practical guidance on how to foster camaraderie among teams that work across distributed environments and strategic direction on how to prepare employees for a successful return to workplaces.
Headlining the conference was Professor David Collings, Professor of HRM, Dublin City University and Director of the Leadership and Talent Institute. David was joined by fellow Irish & International academics, CEO’s and Ibec member voices who are passionately prioritising wellbeing in business strategy to create an excellent workplace culture for employees.
The event was broadcast live using a combination of keynote presentations and panel discussions and is available to watch on demand post event for 90 days.
