Driving business forward with a strong and resilient supply chain is now an imperative. Supply chain operations must take a leading role in delivering the strategic aims of the business. We need to realign the operations to match the huge fluctuations in demand, become more resilient, and reposition the supply chain function as a leading voice to help navigate industry shifts, external shocks and expedite progress of operations.

Our first MTE Supply Chain Forum for 2021 will provide an update on the key policy areas in global trade and supply chain for the year ahead. We will present some of the key business challenges with bilateral and multilateral trade agreements and solutions being worked through with government and the European Commission. We will then discuss how these challenges are impacting businesses and share solutions through two industry case studies.
