Employers for Change is an employer disability information service which provides advice and information to empower employers to recruit, employ and retain staff with disabilities. Prior to Employers for Change, Christabelle was Director of Organisation and Equality Lead for one the country’s leading government parties.
 
Speaker: Jean O'Neill, Master Coach with Neuroscience, Jean O’Neill Coaching.

Jean provides coaching services in Executive, Career, Emotional Intelligence, Neuro Wellness and Neurodivergent modalities. She is passionate about championing Neurodiversity @ Work Programmes. As part of her presentation Jean will introduce neurodiversity and explore the organisational barriers. She will talk about the benefits to overcome barriers and how to enable organisations to engage in implementing Neurodiversity @ Work Programmes promoting Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging.
 
Speaker: Rob Reynolds, Founder and CEO, Elbe Valley Medical Ltd.
Author of several patents internationally. Having successfully monetized a micro-robotic cancer therapy, Rob is now focusing on transforming medical imaging, aerospace propulsion and nuclear power amongst other inventions. Rob will provide a case study on how neurodiverse talents are overlooked in modern society and what companies can gain both financially and operationally by finding out more. 

Speaker: Dan Twomey, Senior Vice President & General Manager, Dell Financial Services EMEA & ANZ

In this role, Dan serves as the Managing Director of Dell Bank International and leads the Dell Financial Services business enabling Customers accelerate their digital transformation through innovative and flexible payment solutions across Europe, Middle East, Africa, Australia and New Zealand. Over a 28 year career, Dan has had the opportunity to operate internationally across a wide variety of roles spanning Audit, Consulting, Accounting, Manufacturing & Supply Chain, Sales & Commercial Finance, and Planning. Dan is a committed advocate for diversity and inclusion and is the Global Co-Lead of Dell Technologies' 'True Ability' Employee Resource Group.
