Patricia Casey, BSc (Hons) DipMedTox, is Manager of the National Poisons Information Centre, Beaumont Hospital, Dublin. She has worked in poisons centres in Ireland and the UK for over 30 years. She is a Fellow of the European Association of Poisons Centres and Clinical Toxicologists (EAPCCT) and has served as a Board member and Treasurer of the Association. She participated in many of the discussions about product information for poisons centres which culminated in Annex VIII to the CLP Regulation.Show more
John Chave was educated at the Universities of Sheffield and Exeter in the UK. He is a lawyer by training and he has worked in the health field in London and Brussels. He was Secretary General of the Pharmaceutical Group of the European Union (PGEU), a post he had held from 2006 to 2015. Since then, he has been Director General of Cosmetics Europe.Show more

Sandra M. Browne is currently Sr. Global Manager for Regulatory Compliance for Edgewell Personal Care, a Global Personal Care and Consumer Goods’ Organization.
In her current role, she defines Global compliance strategy and business risk and represents Edgewell to governments and trade organizations in Global markets. She manages the Regulatory environment for key EPC brands and new acquisitions. Her portfolio includes managing compliance of Sun Products in cosmetic and OTC drug landscapes. She is currently a representative on several Cosmetic Europe’s SCT and ET groups including the Sun Advisory Group for Sun Protection (SAG UVP) and CTPA’s Sun Products Working Group. She currently chairs the Cosmetic Advisory Group for CEN at NSAI in Dublin. For the past five years, she has lectured courses on ‘European Regulatory Compliance for the Personal Care Products Industry’ to US students for the Center for Professional Advancement (CFPA).
For two years prior to joining Edgewell, Sandra worked as a Regulatory Consultant for Europe specializing in Sun Products, Consumer Goods and Biocidal products. She spent 22 years working for Hawaiian Tropic Europe Inc. as Operations Manager. Sandra lives in Ireland.
Max is a Consulting Director who specialises in Market Access for Regulated Products such as Cosmetics, Medical Devices, Healthcare Consumer Goods and Supplements in EMEA territories, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs and Business Optimisation/alignment – notably linking Commercial with operations.
He has over 20 years experience across multiple industries such as Retail, Healthcare, Tech and Automotive.
Brian has been working within the Department of Agriculture Food and the Marine’s Pesticide Control Division for the past 4 years. His role mainly focuses on biocide enforcement and the management of the Biocide Notification System.Show more
