bec’s flagship HR Leadership Summit, Ireland’s #1 conference for HR Leaders, took place on Thursday 21 October. The 2021 conference was delivered virtually with a focus on the evolving workplace - achieving a sustainable balance.
This year’s HR Leadership Summit explored how HR Leaders can design and create a culture and environment that is sustainable for their organisations to thrive and succeed.
The event focused on three connected themes: Reimagining organisational design, redesigning workplace culture and finding the sustainable balance and the event host, Broadcaster Anton Savage drove stimulating discussion with panelists who discussed the new workforce models and trends affecting workplaces.
Event MC Anton Savage was joined by expert speakers who offered practical guidance on how to design organisations and culture, post-pandemic, sustainably to maintain engagement, connectivity, creativity and productivity.
Headlining the conference was Harvard Business School’s Professor Tsedal Neeley. Tsedal was joined by fellow international academics, CEO and HR Directors who provided insights on how companies have evolved since the pandemic.
The event was sponsored by Ibec's strategic partners Accenture, Irish Life and Microsoft, and Associate sponsor Decare, and it was broadcast live using a combination of keynote presentations and panel discussions and is available to watch on demand post event for 90 days.
