BPCI Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging forum are delighted to bring this masterclass to you as part of our masterclass series to support our member’s Diversity and inclusion strategy. It is run in partnership with 30% Club and Biopharmachem skillnet and will be delivered by award-winning learning and development company ABSTRACT.
About the Masterclass
One of the biggest career development gaps is personal confidence. In this Webinar ABSTRACT will demonstrate how to build superior confidence through understanding the six key elements of confidence, by recognising and reinforcing our strengths and appreciating and accepting that confidence is purely situational. We also show that confident people tend to actively take every opportunity to push out of their respective comfort zones, providing there are related benefits with their identified career paths.
What will I learn?
This enjoyable masterclass will be a creative balance of intelligence and fun, delivered in an interactive yet reflective style. It will help.
• To appreciate your career journey so far and help breakthrough that glass ceiling.
• To understand confidence and how it can be applied in certain situations.
• To recognise your own strengths and admire yourselves for all the good things that you do so well.
• To give yourselves permission to push out of your comfort zones.
Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis so don’t delay and register today for yourself and /or a colleague who would benefit from the class – don’t miss out on the opportunity for your company to get involved!
Once registered you will receive a confirmation email and don’t forget to click to add it to your calendar.
We look forward to welcoming you to this session.
