Gerry Egan is a Consultant and Trainer in Corporate Governance, Data Protection, Strategy and Change working with clients across the public, private and non-profit sectors to deliver practical solutions.
Gerry is an experienced Chairman, Director and Company Secretary with over 30 years’ experience in a commercial State company where he held a number of senior executive roles. In these roles he was responsible for managing the relationship between the executive and the Board and was also the liaison between the organisation and multiple government departments so is well placed to advise on the management of these pivotal relationships.
Gerry currently serves on the board of Carmichael and has been a judge in the Good Governance Awards for five years. Gerry holds a M.Sc. (Mgmt.) from Trinity College and is a Chartered Director. He is also a member of the faculty of the Corporate Governance Institute where he teaches on the Diploma Programme.
