Introduction
This highly practical Diploma offering participants the opportunity to gain a project management qualification from Technology University Dublin. The Diploma is aligned to internationally recognised best practices in the discipline of project, programme and portfolio management. Participants will develop the essential knowledge, skills and competencies required for successful project outcomes.
The Diploma is structured around real-world project management challenges and internationally recognised best practices, including the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®), PRINCE2® and Agile Project Management.
The Diploma is delivered on Tuesdays at 6pm over 10 weeks with 3 hours of online virtual classroom every week. All sessions are recorded and shared with students.
